[HOE] Waste Warriors and Ammo Costs [SHANE]

Sorry to be reposting this, but I never got an answer the first time.

In Waste Warriors, you never get the prices/rarities for Napalm Canisters,
Compressed Gas Canisters, or Ballistic Plastic Blocks.  It makes it a little
hard to use any of those weapons when you don't know how much you should be
charging/forking over for ammo.

Also, as a slightly related note, how many gallons of spook juice do you
need for a full flamethrower tank?
