We very likely will sell individual minis on the web, but probably not right 
away. For those who are really looking/waiting for something (like the 
houngan which was released at the tail end of the AEG days but is impossible 
to find), email Lee Bansen and he'll take care of it on a one-on-one basis.

We'll put the rest of the minis up within a few months of the release. That 
gives the sets time to sell, but more importantly, give us the time to paint, 
base, photograph, post, catalog, index, and stock the individual minis. It is 
nowhere near as simple to say "sure, we'll sell 'em separately."

Yes, we will take a lot of flack from certain stores. We've already heard a 
complaint about selling the Fields of Honor minis separately, but that's just 
tough. If the retail-distribution chain had ordered enough, we'd have paid 
for packaging and released them through the chain. They didn't, and now those 
few who probably did must pay for the low orders of the rest. That's life.

Pat is a good friend of mine, everyone, and is used to yelling at me like 
that in person. I'm sure he meant no real offense by it. It *is* appreciated, 
however, that those who have opinions on what we're doing here do so in a 
less, um, *vociferous* manner. We have a wonderful environment here on our 
listserv--one I haven't seen anywhere else--and I'd hate to see it turn into 
something unfun.

As an interesting sidenote, certain former managers of Pinnacle, after being 
severely beaten about the inbox by this list, couldn't believe our fans were 
at once so civil among themselves (and the former management--me) and so 
defensive towards those who threatened to change our environment. I think 
that speaks quite well for us all. And it tickled me to death to see it. ;)
