I think that it would almost LIKE getting shot at...  It would mean that 
it's master would want to go REALLY fast then, and I have yet to meet a car 
(With a Powerful Personality) that DOESN'T like to go really fast!

As for the rest...  Well, every tech spirit knows that it's their lot in 
life to suffer.
