[HOE] New Hindrances (sort of)

Recently, my players and I just came up with the idea for a couple new
Hindrances (sort of). One of my players made a Huckster for HoE with Enemy:
Library because he has an 1810 (or something like that) copy of Hoyle's Book
of Games and another occult book, and he's always competing with Librarians
for copies of such texts. I joked that we should call it Enemy: "Hello, Dr.
Jones!", and thus it was born. The Hindrances are specific versions of
Enemy.

At this level the Hindrance mainly consists of one major oponent or a bunch
of minor ones who capture you every once in a while, yet set you up in
easily-escapable "death trap" scenarios. It's really more of an annoyance
than anything.

You have a specific group that opposes you at the most inconvenient times,
and their traps are significantly more dangerous than those of HMB, and
escaping is a bit more difficult. Either that, or they're always just
trying to kill you. You can take a 2-point version of this so that they're
not hostile towards you (at least not lethally), but their goals do oppose
your own.
