[HOE] Foil question

Apologies if this ends up having been sent twice, but the damnable Outlook
web access we've got didn't like me trying to use a comma as a separator
instead of a semicolon.  Anyway, I have a question about the Foil hex.

The description says that it affects hexes, black magic, and Harrowed powers
that target the caster.  What about Syker powers and Doomsayer miracles?  I
figure it doesn't work on Templar rewards and Toxic Shaman favors because
they have the same type of source as the favors of normal Shamans and
Blessed miracles (spiritual).  However, I'm not so sure about these two or
about Fu powers, voodoo, Witch spells, or Librarian rewards.  I'm also
wondering if it can impair the function of a Junker device being used on the
Huckster (perhaps by disrupting the tech spirit's connection to the device),
at least causing a Stability check.
