Actually, you'd just need the Sensor power with Spirit Vision (or whatever
the exact ability is called) and Commo.  It'd actually be a rather simple
device.  You could have it check for the number of spirit entities present
within the individual.  If there's only one, either it's just the person's
soul or there's some SERIOUS trouble.  If there's two- well, that's probably
cause to meet and greet this indivdual with many sharp things to examine
what's inside.  I'd come up with the stats on the device, but it's late
tonight and I don't really have time this week.
