Ok first if you have one pick up your copy of Lost Angels.  If you don't
have one shame on you go get one.

Now read the rules for patchwork science.

Brains all over your body means independant movement.

So harrowed eats harrowed brains becomes patchwork.  Any part of his body
not currently replaced by cybernetics becomes independant of the main brain,
and can act on it's own...

For the player, tell him that now each part of him needs to be destroyed
before he will fully die.  So if his head dies, no biggie the rest of him
will continue to function....sans head of course...and sans player, hello
new abomination.
