I stand corrected too. This comes from the 2nd Ed. Deadlands book, so no
one is "wrong" if they use the HoE system. HoE just hasn't been revised
yet. Although you think they could have included that little tid-bit in
Waste Warriors.

My only comment would be pick a rule and stick with it if you play both
Deadlands and HoE. It's too confusing to switch. I personally like the old
rules (chips to NEGATE wind, not regain it). Mainly because I see wind as
the great equalizer. No matter how tough you are unless your harrowed you
can still get the stuffin' beaten out of you.
