From what I rember reading.  Although Throckmorton and Silas(cult O doom 
head) share similiar enemies the both see each other as pontetial rivals.  
Since the Cult of doom considers all humans enemies I think the black hats 
would probably not get along with them that much.  I general thin Black hats 
have the attitude if there not for us there agianst us and since really 
nobody like the Black Hats I dont think they like anyone.
