I made up a page containing everything about using chips & bounty
points.  I did it in LaTeX, which most of you microsoftened PC
pounders don't have, although you could get it for free, so I'll post
the postscript file, which you should be able to read and/or print
more easily.  It was made for Deadlands, but the only difference I
can think of for HOE is that the rules for when a Legend chip goes
out of play are muddied.
