OOooooOOOOoooo, think of the munchkinizable possibilities on that one. Take one
Syker, make him harrowed, give him supernatural Vigor at max (with d12 Vigor to
start, anything less would be uncivilized) add in five levels of sand, steel
trap mind, and fortitude. Whammo, you've got a syker with 27 strain, and can go
to negative 27 strain.. but doesn't have to start rolling for going negative
until -15 or so due to his massive vigor bonuses. Now maybe it's just me, but
42d12 (without rolling) to 54d12 (with lucky rolls), might be a bit of a
campaign Killer... cool ass weapon, but a bit over the top.
Just taking the rules to the extreme...
