RE: [HOE] Alright, some rule questions for anyone in the know...



I haven't looked at it at all, so I ask a question -- is Immunatrol a pill
or liquid/injectable.  If it is a pill or lozenge or capsule, then the
non-chemical components are probably just needed to make the drug-making
machine.  Gum it up and require a rebuild if you want to keep your players
poor.  If the drug is a liquid injectible, then the other components are for
the injectors.  Electro-mechanical
one-time-use-hyper-hypo-super-subcutaneous-Star-Trekish-disposable
injectors!

Eh, it's an idea.  I won't be hurt if it doesn't get used ;-)
