[HOE] Toxic Shamans: Twice Blessed

I was thinking of a new edge for toxic shamans that I'm calling Twice
Blessed. Basically it's the opposite of the One Trick Pony hinderance in
that it gives the shaman two NON-OPPOSING spheres as primary spheres. So
you could have rad/smog or trash/sludge or whatever shamans (but not
rad/sludge) that could learn favors from either school at the reduced
price. The draw back to this is that the opposite two schools are now
opposed and the shaman can never learn favors from either.

I can't recall the bonus points of One Trick Pony, but I was going to make
the cost of Twice Blessed be the same.
