I don't know that there is any way to exactly replicate the chopbots as 
described in Apocalypse Now. There are two reasons for this. First is the 
chopbots aren't junker tech. They were built in an automated factory run by 
the Denver AI. Second, that adventure came out long before the junker rules 
were updated in The Junkman Cometh, so even if they were junker built they 
probably wouldn't match up exactly.
My best suggestion would be to up the Frame size a bit.
