so then taking the ultimate munchkin with a Lvl five browser in everything,
familiar and mech inclined he gets +9 to tool spirit rolls
(+5[browser]+2[Familiar]+2[mech] ) but +11 to non-tool spirit rolls
(+5+2+2+2[tool browser]) seems a bit too powerful might make it just that
the bounuses are given if he has no other browsers
