I haven't read Hexarcana, but, going from the original martial artist rules,
you can throw any bullet you want. But, if you want them to do more damage
than, say, a likewise sized rock (not to mention that the rock is less
expensive in Hell on Earth!), you need to throw it immediately - same action as
- you catch it as it is shot at you.
