But Tinkerin' isn't Occult Engineering. You can fix a car with it, but it won't
help you build one out of scrap metal in a couple of days, which is what the
text implies. And I'm not sure what the connection between a tool browser and
Flow is. Unless you mean pulling it out with the red-chip power? Seems easier
just to learn the trick, if you're gonna use it that often.

Also don't forget that the tool browser's blue-chip power is the single best
browser power to be had from any source. Spend a blue chip, 1d4 hours and a Hard
(9) Occult Eng roll, and the Stability increases by 2. The only way in the world
to permanently increase a device's stability.

Y'know if you can manage to get a device's stability up to 45, it becomes
permanently immune to instability? 'Course, you'll need a LOT of blue chips. :)
