A selector switch is just a switch. Anything that has switchable functions can
use one, as described under the individual powers. EG, switching the ROF on a
gun, switching between normal and wind damage on an energy weapon, or switching
between normal and spirit damage on a spirit weapon.

The first one. Components have no individual slot costs.
