Well, I'm building devices now and I have a few
questions that I didn't see addressed in the
Accumulated Rulings.

I can't find any rules regarding the extra, selector
switch.

Also, I confused myself and now I need clarification.
Are the components needed for a power, based off a
power's total slots, supposed to be subtracted from
the Frame's available slots?

IE - Frame 2= 16 slots
Power 8 slots
Chemical components for power is 50%= 4 slots.

Have I used eight slots, the 4 chem considered part of
the eight, leaving me with 8 empty?
OR
Have I used 12, 8 for the power and 4 for it's
components, leaving me with 4?
