But by that rationale, a syker's forehead should be plenty stable to begin with.
Should brain blasts get an innate aiming bonus? By the same token, it makes
plenty of sense for a Doomsayer's atomic blast to be aimable--he cradles his
extended arm in his opposite hand and aims down his finger, just like you did
when you were playing cops and robbers as a kid.
