which means removeing the energy required for the increased movement.  I
reinterate, do the sykers regain strain for this???  i'm not being
argumentative, I'm just curious how you'd handle it.  the energy removed has
to go somewhere (since it can neither be created or destroyed, thus the
strain expenditure in the first place).
