[HOE] Sykers and such

hi y'all,
Physics aside, i;m kinda looking at cryogenics in the pyrokinetic field. 
The reason i think for not including cold, electricity etc. is the precedent
in thinking hadn't been there (Firestarter comes to mind).  Since "heat" is
merely an increase in activity in matter, slowing things down matter-wise
should be feasible to sykers, not very easy mind you but feasible.  Thats
just a little college physics there, not any treatise on thermodynamics or
anything like that.  I was kinda hoping the Black Book would be out next
year  to explain the Hunting Grounds and guidelines how it affects the real
world but that is probably going to be delayed until 2010 or whenever....
