OK, well my view is that players should be able to start as Cyborgs as they
simply cannot become Cyborgs later. To me, it is different then Harrowed
because a Harrowed can be made easily-anyone from any concept can be dead
and not know it. But Squeela the 8-year old Savage cannot draw a Joker and
be a Cyborg.
Of course, I allow experienced Weird West players the option to play
Harrowed anyway...ditto Wasted West. Wasted West, especially, is more
bluntly screamingly supernatural then Weird. I mention this as You should
be informed enough to know whether to take my above comment with a large
grain of Salt or not.
