Here's what I'd do, because the whole truck isn't going to be useful to a
junker; a lot of what they find isn't. This is why they spend days
sorting throught junkpiles, not hauling them back home.
Since you're stripping a perfectly good truck, make the Scroungin' roll
at TN 3, and have it take an hour. Then, make another roll at TN 5, and
spend another hour. Keep going until you hit a TN 11 or the junker
fails, whichever comes first. At that point, he can't find anything else
that's useful to him. If another junker wants to strip it, he can make
the roll at the last TN higher than the one the junker failed at.
