Not necessarily. To a certain extent ghost steel is *made* of spiritual energy,
while junker devices are made of conventional (and probably low-quality)
components being held in place by a tech spirit, which has its hands full trying
to keep the thing together as it is without temporal flux eating away at its
components. And even if junker gadgets are immune, those daily stability checks
will ensure that they don't hold together that long anyway...
