[HOE] fertility?

has anyone addressed the issue of fertility in HOE? do Ghost rock radiation
make you infertile like normal does? Just thinking of "Hell comes to
frogtown" very silly movie but has some great ideas for HOE in it especially
if you are going to run "Doom comes to frogtown" from CotA. I was thinking
of writing up some fertility/infertility rules and would appreciate any
input or suggestions from you wonderful denizens of the list.:)
