(Putting on my White Wolf glasses) The way I see "The Glow" is the Wyrm
nurtured and raised it to help take out the world. The Wyrm let it lose ala
the Big Boom, not knowing or not caring it would spread easily and grow even
larger. Now that it's lose it's randomness has attracted the Wyld. Now the
glow is reveres of the Wyrm tainted whatever ad is a Wyld tainted spirit.
After all the world needs a balance of the three. The Wyrm is in control and
it's the Wylds turn to play infiltrator.

If a player in my game anted to be a Garou (and for some reason I let him),
I'd make him take AB: Garou. That way there is no Garou-Templar-Cyborg
making the only creature to stand against him is a Servitor while the rest
of the group is stand off to the side trying to not get killed by cross
fire. But hay, that's just me.
