[HOE] Junkers & Machine Head (HOPLER)

What would a junker have to build into a device to allow Machine Head to
be used with it?  I'm thinking Commo with Data capability and an
operating range of direct link, and Machine Head would handle the rest.
And what, supposing you had a cyborg syker (AND a super soldier, but
that's beside the point), could you do as far as replacing the function
of Machine Head with a built-in datajack and/or a CPU program?
