[HOE] The Syker Question-has become AP vs Light armor

The reason that AP armor does less damage is because of the lessed tissue
damage done by armor piercing rounds.
Therefore I would say that light armor offers no protection. The round
simply blows through the arget without releasing its energy.
If you shoot a round that can go through brick without being slowed, I
severely doubt its going to be slowed by a parka or some leather pants.
It would blow through them like they werent there at all. It makes sense if
you think about it.
