This guy's totally right, but have him fight someone better, not just as
good.  Have him fight an Anti-Templar with GR's in at least Inner Strength,
Armor of the Saints, Guardian Angel, and Sixth Sense.  Check out those last
two powers, they make the target numbers astronomical...like totally
freakin' ridiculous.  Have him fight: florentine with two bad-ass (i.e.
relic) swords...and if you REALLY want to be a complete and total whore put
him in Powered Armor with Thermal Vision or a Heratbeat sensor (so the guy
knows where he is approximately), or better yet, make him a Servitor with
Immunity to everything except some weakness that isn't readily available.
If you're worried about killing the other two players, have them be
incapacitated in some way, so they can't participate in the combat.

If you don't want to kill the guy, just weaken him (and do it without
fudging die rolls), have the Anti-Templar take off one of his arms, doing a
couple more than 5 wound levels, which makes the limb unhealable by any
means.  So...no more fightin' florentine for your Syker.  Or better yet,
have him take off a LEG...

A really powerful character is a great thing to have if the player is cool
too, and role-plays really well.  But if the guy is an idiot, no mercy.
