The Marshal says you lose a limb.  I think the problem with RPG today is 
that they feel the need to make a rule for everything.  The 
Marshal/G.M/D.M./Running guy should be able to make the call on some things. 
  I usually just wing it when I think a PC deserves a really bad injury.  
I'll admit that I actually took one of my characters arms off on purpose(I 
dont know why those black hats were gunning for his arm) so I could try out 
the new bionic rules in Iron Oasis(I did also give him a huge deal on a 
cyber arm) I guess what I'm trying to say is do things because they advance 
the story or there cinematic aka cool, dont feel that you have to do it just 
because a rule says you do. and dont do it to screw over the Posse.  My 
Player loves his new arm so much he saving to get the other one hacked off 
and replaced.
