[HOE] Sykers and fleshnit
Let's not forget that it does take time to heal wounds AND fleshnit only
heals ONE LEVEL not the entire wound.
A syker who wanted to heal a maimed wound would need some good rolling, lots
of time, and a good chunk of strain ready to be spent. Failure means more
time and a bust means that the wound cannot be healed by ANY magical
source...better start them vigor rolls!

Assuming that the syker has to take the wound penalties into account - a
5d12 blastin' syker has a 22% chance to heal a maimed wound.
