Yep, it looks like you know the rules pretty well even sans Iron Oasis.  :)

It looks like we're pretty much in sync here with what I suggested earlier. 
The only thing I did that was different was to reduce the damage directly 
from armor. The only thing your system changes there (which I'm not sure if 
it's good or bad) is that you have it modify Wounds directly...and Wounds 
are in part determined by Size.  Would the two different versions have an 
appreciable difference?  Anyone?

Well, of course it sounds good to me:  it mirrors a suggestion I made 
earlier.  :)  I'd be curious to run some numbers and see if subtracting the 
armor before or after you calculate wounds would make a difference though 
for Scrawny and Brawny characters.
