[HOE] automobiles and action sequences



On this car talk, 

    Anyone here know of any good ways to convey the action in a car-chase 
type scene?  Are there good ways to keep the energy up in a constantly moving 
car-chase to prevent it from being bogged down in action rules?  The only way 
I can think of is, when on a moving vehicle (Hanging off a hood while the car 
is going 80, etc..), each player has only 3 seconds to decide what to do, any 
further and nimbleness checks begin to result.  That way things keep moving 
(pardon the pun)
