Yep.  as well as UV.  The other frequencies are too far away from visible 
to be effective.

But if you want to limit it somewhat, the target number raises to 7.  (9 if 
they want to roll for both).
The initial strain cost is increased by one for the extra range(s), but not 
the per round cost.
