Don't knock it. They're really useful. A character in my HoE posse has
one. Couple it with the "Marksman" skill that was cut from "BE:tS" and
it can get nasty. I'm pretty sure "Marksman" is in the DL errata (thanks
to the esteemed Mr. McGlothlin.)
