[HOE] Nuclear subs

I don't know if this has been spoken of before, but this just recently 
occurred to me:  What happened to all the nuclear submarines that were 
undoubtedly floating around during the Last War?  I really don't see it as 
likely that every last one of them was destroyed during the War and the Big 
Bang, and I'm sure at least ONE has survived through the past thirteen years.

This, of course, leads to a horrendously evil idea... Let's just say that one 
of these subs, call it a US sub just for the sake of argument, managed to 
survive through the Big Bang, then tried to come home through the Maze.  
Then, something happened to the crew. Say, a bunch of croakers attacked the 
ship, killed everyone aboard, and left the thing a floating derelict. Or 
maybe some monstrosity was created on board and single handled slaughtered 
everyone.  Whatever happened, this empty, perfectly functional, well-armed 
weapon of mass destruction has been floating around in the Maze for the past 
few years... Now just imagine if a Black Hat squad or a roaming evil 
doomsayer happened across this thing. Oh, the potential...
