To bad, that Dark Sun was so created, that it couldn`t be influenced
from other dimensions. Imagine a Mul Gladiator facing one of the
Deadlands abonimations.
All in all I ever had the feeling Dark Sun and Deadlands have something
together. Not only Gerald Brom, but something about the setting. Hading
been a full time Dark Sun DM bevoer becoming marshal I ccan say so and I
think that`s no coincidence that my search for another setting to
collect after Dark Sun had been stopped ended with Deadlands(the
original WW, of course).
I personally hope that Deadlands stays a little Dark Sun (with a better
rule system), because I don`t think that I will reurn to AD&D with or
without 3rd edition, even now where it`s (almost) sure, that Dark Sun
will be "resurrected"!
