In the ww, it was the eastern half of Oklahoma, me home state.  Lots of
crazy Indian stuff around here, really.  Or native American, or NDN, as the
guys in highschool spelled it...  Sheesh...  Hell, Oklahoma means "Land of
the redman."  That, and there's even a Manitou, Oklahoma.  No kidding...
Anyway, I was bored, if you're wondering....
