As a Player:
to see how risky something is and if it is worth risking life for.

As a marshal:
to make better TNs for the players, sometimes I just need a little more info
then "ehh, that's about a TN 9"  sometimes I want to say you have about a 1
in 1million chance and name an appropriate TN.
