O.K. In Response to the Question about a Doomsayer with Nuke shooting a 
Templar with the Deflection power.

I have been using Miniatures and Card Stock Cowboys for a few months know 
and this debate has never come up.  The Reason is most the time Me and My 
players are aiming for a place that will hit the most targets.  This often 
means not targeting a specific person.  I never target my players directly 
since I feel its better to wound several of them in a lesser Blast Radius 
then Targeting one just so he dies.  Since most Green Robes have a large 
group of Mutants armed with nothing more then clubs with them.  Its smarter 
for them to Wound several people and let there troops finish the job.  As 
for wether they know about Deflection, I would say yes.  Silas has put 
Templar on the top of his list so I'm sure he has scouts finding out exaclty 
what they can do and he probably then informs his Doomsayers.
