Ok, really cool idea, what happens if/when the posse drinks the grow juice.  Is
it permanent?  Will their hands be too big to use their guns?  Do you really want
size 12 posse members?  I know I would like to see the look on my posse's face
when I say they are 11 feet tall... and then they go to drink more... and more...
and more.... (ugh, bad power rangers vision)

Just my rambling thoughts
