Aztec Surprise can be a pain......I know...my Syker uses it every chance he 
gets.     As to the new Harrowed, all the writings I've read on them 
state...real plain like... that the Death Wound never heals.     If I was 
Marshal, I'd simply say that he had a big honkin' hole in the middle of his 
chest where the ticker used ta be.     I wouldn't give him any penelties, 
other than the previously mention honkin' hole that had to be covered to 
avoid...let's say awkward situations.     The rules do say that even Harrowed 
without stomachs can take in meat to heal....they just shove it in the hole 
where the stomach was.     Don't really see that much of a difference.     Of 
course, if I was that character (much as it pains me to say, Sykers being my 
favorite character type), I'd be lookin' fer me a bald head to crack open!
