Well, this is a comment from my players, not myself.  However, their general 
observation was that given the (relative) obviousness of a Syker using Slow 
Burn, very few of them would get the 12 or so rounds necessary to pull off a 
successful SB.

Now, I don't plan on throwing any tanks at them, so I'm not sure where this 
sudden concern comes from.  But that's their take on the situation...
