Bulletproof, grenade, and sliver spray are all found in the Thaumaturgical Diffusion
book from the City o' Gloom boxed set for Deadlands. That might seem a little out of
the way for a HOE campaign, but Rhinehart is supposed to be somewhat unique. If
that's all you're interested in the set for, you might be better off waiting until
later this year (June, I believe) when Hexarcana for Deadlands comes out. It will
contain (among other things) the DL arcane backgrounds from the boxed sets (martial
arts, 'metal mages,' scrappers, and voodoo).
