Sheesh, that's an easy one. Mutant Chronicles/Doomtrooper. I forget the
company that does the miniatures for that game... but there's a faction
that looks an awful lot like Templars. 

Some of the Necromunda figs (no longer in production) make good wasters.
It's been a while since I looked at figs, though.
