[HoE] Doomsayer MIRV Question (GOFF? / PEG)
I had a quick question regarding the Doomsayer power MIRV. If
anyone has a good answer for this one I would love to hear it. Can
raises on the to hit roll be used to alter the hit location of the
bolt? Note: I do not mean raises on the basic TN of 5 to cast the
spell...I realize this increases the damage of the power. I can see
three potential ways of handling it...
1) Raises on the too hit roll can't be used to modify hit locations
with MIRV
2) Raises allow you to modify the hit location of all of the MIRV
bolts
3) Raises allow you to modify the hit location of the first bolt only
(sort of like the idea behind only being able to make a called shot
with the first bullet in a burst)
Actually that brings up a second question...can you make called
shots with MIRV? If so I assume you may only make a called shot with
the first Bolt in the bunch. Thanks for the help!
