That really depends on the supernatural nature of the mutation.  Mutations
rarely breed true in real life (as I understand geneticsm, thoug I may be
wrong)  though mutated parents will often produce mutated offspring.  so
the qestion is does the supernatural (soul) mutation permanently alter the
spirits of all involved, or not?  and is it more supernatural than genetic?

Be an interesting Cult o' Doom adventure, ith the posse being involved for
the seach for the first second generation mutant.  Who knows what powers
they might have?  Natural doomsayers, anyone?
