I think this one is somewhere in the accumulated rulings (I asked this
one 
about two days after the book came out). I don't remember where the
actual 
reply is, but as I recall, the answer was an across-the-board 3.

Is there someplace I could go to get these accumulated rulings? I have a
ton of other questions and if I can get the answers I need from there I
won't clutter up this list and look like an idiot.
