I wasn't talking Deadlands when I gave the description of what a Cyborg was.
I was just saying what it is supposed to be in general, quote unquote real
life, thinking more along the lines of Terminator, synthetic flesh. To say
Universal Soldiers it was reanimated flash from dead soldiers as I recall.
And where are the rules for Cyborgs at for HoE?
